Only one of a myriad of unresolved environmental scourges: The issue of proper hog and chicken manure treatment and disposal has plagued several states for decades. Nothing substantial has happened, no sewer treatment, nothing. How in the world will this country tackle the mind-boggling challenges of a Hothouse Earth avoidance?
